Return & Exchange Policy
Our store offers a 7 days standard return & exchange policy on any manufacturing defects or shipping damages.
Unfortunately, customized items are not eligible for returns unless they are received in a damaged condition. Cancellation of orders can be done within 48 hours of ordering and before shipping for all non-customized items, and within 24 hours of ordering and before shipping for any customized items.
We take the quality of our products very seriously. Our products are made on order to minimize any possibility of defects. In the rare case that there is a problem with your order, please reach out to our customer support team through our website chat and we will be in touch to provide you with the best resolution possible. All returns and exchanges are inspected by our team of experts to ensure highest standards of service.
We advise all our customers to recording a video while unboxing your orders in order to make your return process super fast and seamless. This will help us process any returns or exchanges quickly and efficiently. So, let's make sure you have the best experience with our service.
Return will be processed only if:

it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s box, MRP tag intact and all the accessories therein).
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
If a replacement request is placed and the exact same product is not in stock, a refund would be issued to you.
Refund Policy
At TF6 Decor & Design E-store, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why have a clear and transparent refunds policy in place to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
If you have made a prepaid order and wish to return it, we will process your refund in the original payment method used during the purchase. On the other hand, if you have made a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, we will refund the amount to your bank account. Please note that the refund duration is 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned items at our warehouse.
To ensure that the refund process is smooth and hassle-free, we request our customers to adhere to our returns policy. Refunds will be processed only after the items have been received at our warehouse and validated as per our returns policy.
